"We had a terrible experience. We went to check in for our reserved room at Hotel La Noire. at 3:00 pm . After signing in and paying the city tax, the reservation clerk told us our room was not at the property.. She had a key, led us out the front door , across the canal to a different street in a seedy neighborhood to a building with a pizza parlor underneath where she pointed our room would be. We said that was not what we agreed to, showed her our reservation on the Expedia site,with the...

Location was ideal, close to station and centre but very quiet area. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to other travellers. Disliked: Nothing."
